Follow up sessions (30 Minutes/$60):
Based on the goals established in your initial assessment, follow ups will be structured around how you have implemented the changes to your lifestyle and monitor your progress. It is also a time to provide encouragement, set new goals, and answer any questions you may have.

recipe & menu analysis
Are you a foodservice business looking to improve your nutritional profile for your customers? No problem! I can offer services such as:
Menu development and modification for restaurants, cafes, schools, and businesses.
Ensuring your menu meets nutritional and dietary guidelines as well as suit the needs of the population you serve. If not, I can provide tips and tools to adjust as needed.
grocery store visits
Your eating habits start at the grocery store and what you put in your cart directly impacts your overall health. Sometimes it can be overwhelming to make good choices and keep costs down. I’m here to help make sense of the aisles by:
Showing you must-haves and staples for a well-stocked kitchen.
Going over how to read nutrition labels and what nutrients to look out for when making healthy choices.
Giving tips on how to save some dollars on your grocery bill.
Providing insight on foods to look out for special dietary needs.
Read that title again slowly. I promise I have no intention of going through your undergarments! This service allows me to have a peak into your pantry and fridge to see what kind of food you have and where improvements can be made. This service is perfect for people who:
Want to have some guidance and brief pointers.
Lack some knowledge of food labeling and nutrition facts.
Don't have enough time for a full initial assessment.
Are interested in making their kitchens a healthier place.
