Initial nutritional assessment: 

60 minutes where we will go over:

Any current or past medical or health issues

Your weight history (gain, losses, and reasons why) if you feel comfortable discussing this.

Recent blood test results and what they mean from a nutritional standpoint.

Any current medications including herbal supplements, vitamins, and minerals.

Your nutritional history including past diets and current eating habits.

Determine what your nutritional goals are and how we can realistically reach them to fit your individual needs.

Follow up sessions:

30 minutes where we will go over:

Based on the goals established in your initial assessment, follow ups will be structured around how you have implemented the changes to your lifestyle and monitor your progress. It is also a time to provide encouragement, set new goals, and answer any questions you may have.
