Homemade Ranch Dip

Can you even call it a Super Bowl party without some kind of ranch dip? Nope. Does it mean it needs to be filled with fat, sugar, and chemicals? Nope. This is a simple, fresh ranch dressing that will turn the haters into lovers. It goes great with chopped veggies and if you want to turn it into a salad dressing, just add some plant-based or cow's milk to thin it out and there you have it! It's so easy to make so you'll be able to refill those empty bowls quickly!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2/3 cup 0% fat plain Greek yogurt (I use organic Liberté)

  • 1 tsp. onion powder

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)

  • 2 sprigs fresh dill, finely chopped (or 2 tsp. dried dill)

  • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes

  • 3-4 sprigs fresh chives, finely diced

  • Salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix together until well combined.

  2. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with fresh chives and serve.
